DELIVERY AND RETURN POLICY
Cappelli Boutique mainly uses DHL and FedEx for deliveries.
For wigs in stock, the delivery time varies between 3-7 working days.
Normal processing time once order is received is 3-5 business days.
For custom wigs, allow up to 4 weeks to receive.
Allow extra time for order processing during high season. We thank you for your understanding.
Shipping
If you need the wig urgently, please check with our online service if the wig is available. If so, we will send it within 24 hours of receiving your payment and you will receive it within 3-7 business days.
Once the wig is shipped, the tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided, from where you can check the shipment status. If you do not receive the tracking number, do not hesitate to contact our customer service (info@capelliboutique.com) for more information.
Delivery is free for orders of 200 euros and more for most countries. However, due to different customs policies from one country to another, we are not responsible for customs fees to be paid upon receipt if applicable.
RETURNS
Take care to make your choice and to write your postal address correctly. When you provide an incomplete or erroneous departure address, the costs of additional pick-up costs to reroute the package will be your responsibility.
Returns accepted for eligible wigs only (no lace trim, no damage, no wash, no haircut, no dye, in original packaging). Contact info@capelliboutique.com within 7 days of receiving the package so that our customer service can process your return request.
Step 1
Please contact Capelli Boutique within 7 days of receiving your wig via email.

Please indicate the reason(s) for which you wish to exchange or return your wig, attaching all necessary photos.
2nd step
Our customer service representatives will process your return/exchange request within 1-2 business days (excluding holidays and vacations). (Once the return/exchange request is authorized, our customer service department will send you a return and exchange address to send your unit to.
Step 3
Return the product to the address we have given you, mentioning the order number. You are also responsible for return shipping costs.
*We do not accept returns without a return authorization.
*We do not accept return shipments collect.
Attention please:
The tracking number of the returned package must be provided within 7 days from the date when the customer service communicated the return address. After 7 days, we will consider the product to be satisfactory and no exchange/return is necessary.
*For people who return or exchange their product themselves, our customer service has the right to refuse the exchange.
You should expect to receive your purchase credit (if eligible) within 30 days of handing over your package to the return sender, but in many cases you will receive your credit sooner. The processing period includes the transit time it takes for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes to process your return once we receive it (3-5 business days). We always strive to process store credits as quickly as possible.
